Privacy Policy

Overview

Bit Battler (“the app”) is operated with a minimal-data approach. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the app on Apple Watch. If you use a different version or we add features later, we will update this page when those changes affect privacy practices.

Information we collect

The app does not require an account. It is designed to run locally on your device for gameplay. We do not ask you to sign in, and we do not intentionally collect personal identifiers through the app for our own use.

The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs controlled by us. We do not sell your personal information.

Apple and your device

Apple may process certain information in line with your device settings and Apple’s policies—for example, if you opt in to sharing crash diagnostics or usage data with developers through Apple’s systems. That processing is governed by Apple’s terms and your device privacy choices, not by this policy alone.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently received such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
